Psalms 27:1-3 (New International Version)
"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of
my life—of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked advance against me to devour me,
it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident."
God is our light when things feel dark, He is our salvation when we feel overwhelmed, and our stronghold when life tries to press in on every side. When fear shows up (and it will), God shows up stronger. When opposition advances, God goes before us. Even when it feels like worry, setbacks, or uncertainty surround us, God promises that our hearts don’t have to fear.
God is not just standing on the sidelines watching it all go down. Enemies may come confident, but God says they’re the ones who will stumble and fall. The battle may look intense, but God has already secured the outcome.
This is your reminder this week:
God absolutely wants to see you win.
He’s protecting you from what you can’t see.
He’s standing between you and everything meant to stop you.
Stand firm.
Walk boldly.
Remain confident.
God's got you!
